Reservations: In order to reserve an apartment a third of the rent is required to secure a booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, bank transfer, money order, (personal checks only for bookings two months in advance.)

The balance is due upon arrival in either cash or credit card.

Cancellations: Deposits are not refundable.

Colony Suites is dedicated to providing comfortable and affordable accommodation in the German Colony. All kitchens are kosher dairy except for the Levant which is kosher meat and milk.

Upon completion of contract rent is to be paid in full to the property owner along with a security deposit of $500.

Rent does not include electricity use.

Security deposit will be held by property owner and will be returned as soon as owner has inspected property and found it to be in good condition. Lessee agrees to allow property owner to withhold any amount due from security deposit for damage repair caused by lessee. Lessee also agrees to pay all repairs and labor over and above deposit amount for damages to said property.

Lessee will notify property owner immediately of any non-working apparatus or appliance and property owner agrees to have it repaired as soon as possible.

Lessee agrees to give access to repairman or property owner at any time for emergency or repairs that need immediate attention.

Lessee may not tamper or disconnect any cables or the television system any such damage will be at the expense of the lessee.

Lessee agrees not to have any parties in the apartment during the duration of the lease.

Lessee agrees not to conduct any illegal activity in the apartment.

Check out time is 10am, Check in time after 4pm.
