Amenities in every apartment include free wireless internet connection, air-conditioning and heating, kosher kitchen, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cooking stove, LCD Cable TV and DVD, washing machine, clothes line, hairdryer and iron. Kosher dairy kitchens are all installed in every apartment except for the Levant and the Colony which both have kosher meat and milk kitchens. All of these are intended for a guest’s utmost comfort and to provide a handy self catered service. For ensured bookings and reservations, a third of the rent is required to be paid. The rent is not inclusive of electricity use and is charged standard rates. Electrical meter will be checked upon a guest’s arrival and departure.
